The story behind the brand :
Nino Marino literally fell in love with fountain pens while working for a Neapolitan company that produced writing instruments. At the same time, he was studying engineering. It was 1975 and Nino was 18 years old.
At that time, he felt an irrepressible desire to start his own business. In 1982, together with Ciro Matrone, he founded the Italian Delta factory. His fountain pens quickly became appreciated and recognised worldwide for their aesthetic appeal, their high level of craftsmanship and the quality of the materials used. He co-directed the company for 36 years until its closure in 2017. In 2018, he created the Maiora writing instruments company and revived the Delta brand in 2022, much to the delight of his fans.
Under Nino’s management, Maiora distributes 4 brands:

– Delta, a classic brand: very classic Italian writing instruments
