Ink Manyo 5th Anniversary Tsuyu 50 ml Bottle by Sailor

The Manyoshu is an anthology of poems dedicated to love and loved ones. Dating back to the 760s, it is the oldest collection of Japanese poems. It contains more than 4,500 waka, poems consisting of 31 syllables. For the 5th anniversary of the launch of Manyo inks, Sailor has selected five poems about unrequited love and created five dedicated colours.

Manyo Tsuyu ink, which means “Dew”, is blue. It comes in a superb 50 ml glass bottle.

Poem chosen by Sailor:

“Please don’t ask me “who is there?” as I wait for you, drenched in the dew of September.”
