Silk Pen roll for 4 fountain pens Sakura Festival by Taccia
As with its fountain pens, Taccia creates pen cases that combine flamboyant aesthetics with exceptional quality. This model is based on the traditional Japanese Nishijin Kinran weaving technique, developed in the Vth century. Its patterns are inspired by the traditional Japanese kimono dress.
Made of silk, unique and elegant, it will allow you to delicately and safely store your fountain pens in an extremely soft velvet interior fabric.
A traditional drawstring and clasp will allow you to close your case after rolling it up.
Although this pen roll can accommodate the vast majority of fountain pens, we recommend that you always compare the length of your fountain pens with that of the pen roll.
Features:
- dimensions: 24 cm x 24 cm (open)
- length of each slot: 20 cm
- colours: red, black, gold
- materials: silk, polyester velvet interior
- number of slots: 4

Pen roll for 4 fountain pens Sakura Festival by Taccia
First of all, a distinction must be made between Japanese and European/American nibs. For the same line thickness given by the manufacturers (e.g. F), Japanese nibs will be thinner than European/American nibs. Thus, an F (fine) nib from Sailor (Japanese nib) will correspond to an EF (extra fine) nib. From Jowo (German nib).
MS (Music): Stub nib with two slots (except for Sailor), the parts of the nibs of which open out sharply. According to the pressure exerted to allow a greater flow of ink. This increases the fluidity of the writing and makes it more humid. In addition to its extreme flexibility, the vertical strokes are thicker than the horizontal ones, making it an ideal nib for calligraphy.
