Delta’s Dune Mirage is made from a solid bar of superb Italian coloured resin. The purple colour blends with the violet hue to great effect. The rounded end of the body and the conical one of the cap add character to the design.
Its trims are made of gold-plated brass, including the clip with its ball to make it easier to hang your fountain pen from your jacket pocket or notebook. The cap, for once, has no central ring to make room for the magnificent window, which is visible when the fountain pen is closed. The Dune features indeed an integrated piston filling system that makes filling the fountain pen a breeze. What’s more, you’ll be able to admire the ink oscillating in the reservoir.
Delta has equipped its model with a gold-plated stainless steel nib, beautifully engraved with its logo, and offers it in sizes: EF, F, M, B, Stub 1.1, Stub 1.5 as well as in its flexible version in sizes EF and F.

Mon premier stylo-plume Delta et j’en suis ravie ! Les coloris sont lumineux, la prise en main est parfaite pour moi, ce stylo est très équilibré et je trouve fort élégante cette petite fenêtre permettant d’apprécier le niveau d’encre. C’est aussi mon premier stylo-plume à piston intégré (mode de remplissage très plaisant, une fois que l’on a expérimenté le geste requis) et ma première plume JOWO Flex (EF), qui me donne entière satisfaction : souple sans être trop flexible, elle est idéale pour se familiariser avec ce genre de plume et s’initier à la calligraphie.
