We carefully select our products, we test them ourselves and we only work with internationally renowned manufacturers who are as demanding as we are.
We present our products in the most comprehensive, accurate and objective way possible. We make every effort to ensure that the photos we take of our products are as close to reality as possible. However, there may be a difference between the photo and the actual product (for example in terms of colour). Our photos are therefore not contractually binding.
In spite of this, it may happen that the product ordered does not meet your expectations. We would of course be very sorry about this. But rest assured! You can return the product within 28 days of receipt in the following manner:

- you have 14 additional days to return the package, the return costs being at our charge for shipments in the European Union, Monaco and Andorra.
We will inform you of the reception of your package. You will be reimbursed within 5 days of receipt by the same means used to pay for your order, provided that the product is in perfect condition and unused. In this respect, we would like to point out that all products sent to our customers are systematically checked before being sent and perfectly packaged. If you have paid shipping costs at the time of your purchase, these will also be refunded.
For the choice of the carrier, you can use the return label provided by Nibs Plus Ultra. For shipments outside the European Union, Monaco and Andorra, the return postage will be deducted from the refund. You can also use your own return label. In this case, if the parcel accidentally does not arrive at its destination, Nibs Plus Ultra cannot be held responsible for any loss and your product will unfortunately not be refunded.
In order for the returned product to be sold again, it must be returned in its original packaging and condition, and in perfect condition. The product will be carefully examined on receipt at our premises. Any product returned incomplete, damaged (impacts, scratches, indelible marks due to untimely rubbing, etc., or forced or broken object, etc.), crumpled, soiled, dented or stained, will not be reimbursed. Fountain pens must not have been filled or inked under any circumstances. Any trace of ink in the feeder, the converter or on the nib will result in a fee for the complete cleaning of the fountain pen of €60 including VAT. These costs will be deducted from the amount to be refunded. Any fountain pen received sealed will not be accepted for return if the protective plastic packaging has been removed. The nibs of the pens will also be carefully checked with a monocular magnifying glass. If the returned product does not meet the above conditions, it can no longer be sold. It can therefore be returned to you at your request. The shipping costs (including postage) will then be at your charge, the amount will be communicated to you. Any special order of a product not listed on our site is not eligible for the return policy.
