Order and payment
The availability of a product is shown in the right-hand column next to the product picture. If the product in question is a fountain pen, you must first choose the nib size for the availability to appear.
- if the mention “in stock” appears: the product is in stock and will be sent to you within 24 hours
- if the mention “available on backorder” appears: the product is not in stock, we will order it from our supplier as soon as we receive your order. The delivery time is indicated in each product sheet (at the bottom of the “description” section)
- if the mention “out of stock” appears: the product is not in stock and is either temporarily unavailable from our supplier or sold out.
In order to meet our customers’ expectations, the availability of products is updated on a daily basis.
Your order will be processed within 24 hours of receipt, excluding weekends and public holidays.
You can use the following means:
- credit card: Visa, Mastercard and American Express
- PayPal (possibility of payment in 4 x free of charge)
- Apple Pay
- bank transfer for payments in Euro
If you wish to cancel an order, we invite you to do so before your order is processed, i.e. within 24 hours (excluding Sundays and public holidays). Simply send us an email to firstname.lastname@example.org.
The online payment is secured by the highest encryption technology, AES-256. In addition, your bank details are never disclosed to us during the payment process.
Delivery and returns
Your order will be shipped within 24 hours (excluding weekends and public holidays).
We work with the following carriers: La Poste, Chronopost, Mondial Relay.

Standard delivery is offered in the European Union, Monaco and Andorra for any order of a minimum of 120€.
As soon as your order is dispatched, you will receive an email containing the tracking link of your shipment which will allow you to know where your parcel is each day and to its destination.
At Nibs Plus Ultra, your satisfaction is our priority! If the product is not to your liking, you can return it to us without any justification on your part. We invite you to refer to our Return policy where you will find the conditions of return and the procedure to follow to return your package.
If, after receiving your order, you wish to exchange a product for another, simply send us an e-mail to email@example.com to let us know your wish.
We will then ask you to return the product to us, the shipping costs being at our charge in the European Union, Monaco and Andorra.
Upon receipt of the return package, provided that the product is in excellent condition, we will send you a replacement product. If the price of the product is higher, we will first ask you to pay the difference via a link we will send you. If the price is lower, we will refund the difference to you using the same payment method you used for your original purchase when the parcel is shipped.
