If, after receiving your order, you wish to exchange a product for another, simply send us an e-mail to contact@nibs-plus-ultra.com to let us know your wish.
We will then ask you to return the product to us, the shipping costs being at our charge in the European Union, Monaco and Andorra.
Upon receipt of the return package, provided that the product is in excellent condition, we will send you a replacement product. If the price of the product is higher, we will first ask you to pay the difference via a link we will send you. If the price is lower, we will refund the difference to you using the same payment method you used for your original purchase when the parcel is shipped.
