The story behind the brand :
Japan’s Iijima Atsuhiko and Miho Hashimoto won second prize in a design competition. This award motivated them to set up their company in 2006 under the brand name Midori. The design they chose to present their A5 notebook in rawhide did not exist in their region at the time. That’s why they decided to develop this product.
The couple then came up with two formats for their notebooks: the passport and the traveler, two practical formats that can be taken everywhere, including when travelling. At the same time, they changed the name of their company to Traveler’s company.
Committed to quality, craftsmanship and authenticity, they entrust the manual production of their notebooks to the small factory in Chiang Mai, Thailand. The paper is Japanese.
