The expert’s opinion: understated and elegant, this box set reflects Delta’s meticulous attention to manufacturing quality and the smallest details of design. From a practical standpoint, its remarkable rigidity — achieved despite being made from cardboard and paper — and that of the interior dividers ensure optimal protection for the pens. The soft velvet lining each compartment also makes the instruments particularly pleasant to handle. True to its creative spirit, the brand has also devised an ingenious and original lid opening system, held in place by two discreet notches. For more than forty years, Nino Marino and his team have never ceased to surprise me, and this box set is yet another example of this, much to my delight.

The Neapolitan brand collaborated with Scatolificio Lotti, an Italian specialist in luxury packaging, to design this box set. Every detail has been carefully considered, from the selection of materials to the finish, in order to create an object that is both practical and aesthetic, worthy of the world of prestigious writing instruments.
The box is based on a pressed cardboard structure covered with thick paper, carefully crafted to offer strength and elegance. The final touch of simulated leather adds depth and sophistication, giving it a high-end look. Its classic black colour enhances its elegance, while its ease of use and clever opening mechanism are testament to its thoughtful design. Simply grasp the fabric tab and pull upwards to lift the lid into a vertical position. Two notches on either side hold the lid in place, allowing you to admire your pens or choose one with ease.
Delta has lined the interior of the box with very soft velvet, ensuring optimal protection for the instruments. Twelve compartments can accommodate pens with a maximum length of 165 mm and a maximum diameter of 20 mm. This means you can store most models in it. Each slot is perfectly proportioned to keep the pens secure while making them easy to handle.
The case also features distinctive markings: Delta has embossed its name, logo and date of creation on the lid, and Scatolificio Lotti has signed the bottom.
