Five years ago, on 18 October 2021, NIBS PLUS ULTRA was born. As fountain pen enthusiasts and collectors ourselves, we had a wonderful ambition: to share our passion for this writing instrument and introduce you to its world through carefully selected, high-end products.
Today, we would like to celebrate this anniversary with you. To mark the occasion, we have decided to organise a prize draw, with a selection of gifts to be won.
To enter, it’s very simple: you will need to solve five riddles in order to discover the mystery word.
🥇 1st prize – a Pilot Justus fountain pen: trims and nib width on winner’s choice.
🥈 2nd prize – a leather flap case for one pen by Atelier De Laforêt : color of the winner’s choice.
🥉 3rd prize – a Pilot Iroshizuku ink : 50ml bottle, color of the winner’s choice.
🌟 4th prize – a blotter by Herbin
⭐️ 5th prize – an A5 notebook or A5 notepad of the winner’s choice from the japanese brands Apica, Life, Midori, Tomoe River
📅 Dates to remember
The competition is open from 1 October until midnight on 31 October 2026.
The five winners will be selected by random draw on 3 November 2026.
🌍 Who can enter ?
Anyone residing in a country of the European Union or in Switzerland. If you live outside these areas, you can of course still enter, provided you have a delivery address within the European Union or Switzerland.
You can also share the competition with another fountain pen enthusiast.
Each participant may refer up to three people. For each referred person who names you as their referrer when entering the competition, you will receive one additional chance in the prize draw. The same applies to each referred person.
We invite you to choose your referrals carefully: the referral system is not intended to artificially multiply your chances, but rather to introduce the competition to people who share your interest in fine writing instruments.
Throughout October, every order placed on our website will come with a few little surprises to delight you. Because a birthday is also an occasion to celebrate in many different ways.
