If a product does not meet your expectations, you have 28 days after receipt to return it:

• 14 days to submit your request by email (contact@nibs-plus-ultra.com)
• 14 additional days to send the package back to us
• Return shipping costs are covered for the European Union, Monaco, and Andorra
• Immediate Refund after receipt and inspection of the product

The product must be returned in perfect condition and in its original packaging. Fountain pens must be ink-free (fees may apply if cleaning is required).
