This nib unit is compatible with Pilot’s Capless and Capless LS. It consists of a metal section, a titanium-plated 18-carat gold nib and a converter.

Unscrew the fountain pen in the middle, at the level of the two rings, and remove the original nib unit by holding it by the converter. Then remove the converter, insert it into the new nib unit and insert the whole into the top of the Capless body. To do this, make sure that the small lug on the cylindrical part of the nib unit coincides with the notch in the thread.
