Located in the Northern Vosges Regional Park, Atelier De Laforêt designs beautifully crafted and particularly attractive products. The brand has created this tulip case from tumbled cowhide leather. The grain of this leather is obtained by tumbling (a natural finish achieved through movement) rather than printing, on beautiful, large, premium quality full-grain hides.

These hides are manufactured by Tannerie Carriat, founded in 1927 and located in Espelette in the Basque Country. The colour palette and incomparable feel of the selected hides characterise the work of this long-established tannery.

This full-grain leather tulip case is cognac brown in colour, as are its visible seams. To preserve the leather and the shape of the case, the brand has inserted a wooden cylinder.

It can hold a small or medium-sized fountain pen with a maximum length of 14.5 cm (3776 Century, 1911 S and L, Professional Gear S and L, Dolce Vita slim, Souverän M400 to M800, Niblet, Custom 823, Falcon, Capless, Skeleton, Rosa, Van Gogh, Dialog cc, etc.). Large or wide-diameter fountain pens are not compatible with the tulip case (Write Balance, Dolce Vita mid-size and Oversize, Izumo, Custom 845, Custom Urushi, Homo Sapiens, King of Pens, M1000, Estie, Miyabi Earth, etc.).
