NIBS PLUS ULTRA, which operates the website available at nibs-plus-ultra.com, is organising, to celebrate the fifth anniversary of the online shop’s creation, a free prize draw competition entitled “NIBS PLUS ULTRA’s Fifth anniversary”.
The competition will run from 1 October to midnight on 31 October 2026.
These rules set out the conditions for participation and the arrangements for awarding the prizes.
The competition is open to any individual aged 18 or over who resides in a country of the European Union or in Switzerland, with the exception of persons directly involved in organising the competition and members of their household.
Persons residing outside the European Union and Switzerland may participate only if they have a delivery address located within the European Union or Switzerland, to which the prize can be sent in the event of a win.
Participation in the competition is free of charge and does not require a purchase.
To enter the competition, each participant must:
Any entry that is incomplete, incorrect, illegible or does not allow the eligibility requirements to be verified may be considered invalid.
Only one entry per person is permitted.
Each participant may refer up to three people.
For a referral to be taken into account, the referred person must provide the information required to identify their referrer when entering the competition.
For each validly registered referred person who has declared the participant as their referrer, both the referrer and the referred person will receive one additional chance in the prize draw, up to a maximum of three additional chances.
A participant may not be declared as a referred person by more than one referrer.
A referred person may themselves refer up to three people, with the exception of their own referrer.
Fictitious or fraudulent referrals, or referrals organised solely for the purpose of circumventing the rules of the competition, may be cancelled.
Five prizes will be awarded by random draw:
Prizes cannot be exchanged for their cash value or for another product.
Any photographs or illustrations used to present the prizes are for illustrative purposes only and are not contractually binding.
The prize draw will take place on 3 November 2026.
Each valid entry corresponds to one chance of winning. Participants who have earned one or more additional chances through referrals will have the corresponding number of additional opportunities to be drawn.
The draw will be conducted randomly from all valid entries.
The five winners will be drawn successively, in the order of the prizes listed in Article 5.
To ensure transparency, the draw will be filmed. Any subsequent publication or use of the footage will comply with the applicable rules on personal data protection and image rights.
The winners will be contacted by email at the address provided when entering the competition.
They must respond within 10 days of the email being sent.
If no response is received within this period, or if the eligibility requirements are ultimately not met, the organiser may draw a new winner for the relevant prize.
The winners’ first names may be published on the NIBS PLUS ULTRA website or social media accounts only in accordance with applicable regulations and, where required, with their consent.
The prizes will be sent to the delivery address provided by the winners.
The organiser will cover the shipping costs for deliveries to the countries authorised under these rules.
The organiser reserves the right to verify the validity of entries and to carry out any checks deemed necessary.
Any attempt at fraud, use of a false identity, false declaration, multiple entries under different identities, or creation of fictitious referrals will result in the cancellation of the relevant entry.
The organiser may also cancel any entry where the information provided does not allow compliance with the competition rules to be verified.
The personal data collected as part of the competition is necessary for managing entries, verifying eligibility, processing referrals, conducting the prize draw and awarding the prizes.
The data will be processed in accordance with applicable personal data protection regulations, including the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR).

Participation in the competition constitutes full and unconditional acceptance of these rules.
The rules will be freely available on the NIBS PLUS ULTRA website throughout the competition period.
The organiser reserves the right to amend, postpone or cancel the competition only in the event of exceptional circumstances beyond its control that make it impossible to conduct the competition under the conditions initially planned.
Any amendment will be announced on the website as soon as reasonably possible.
These rules are governed by French law.
Any difficulty relating to the interpretation or application of these rules will, wherever possible, be resolved amicably.
