This very dark and perfectly uniform colour evokes the tranquil depth of dawn before sunrise. The slightly translucent resin subtly filters the light, giving the fountain pen a refined shine without altering the intensity of its colour.
Its black ion-plated trims accentuate the purity of the silhouette and the continuity of the intense blue body: the ends of the body and cap, the central ring, marked by sobriety with a discreet engraving, and the clip. The section, which is revealed when the fountain pen is opened, is made of black ion-plated brass. Every detail contributes to the pen’s aesthetic balance and emphasises its precious character.
In 21-carat gold with PVD (Physical Vapor Deposition) coating and beautifully engraved, the nib is available in sizes EF, F, MF, M, B, MS (equivalent to Stub 1.1) and Z. The Z (Zoom) nib has a spherical tip, making it suitable for left-handed overwriters (when writing, they “push” the fountain pen, whereas left-handed underwriters and right-handed writers “pull” it). Note that the line of the Zoom fountain pen is thick.
