Made from resin, the model is adorned with fine rings on the barrel and cap, as well as a magnificent central ring engraved with the name of the brand and the year it was created.
Sailor has equipped its 1911L with its famous 21-carat ionised gold nib, superbly engraved and available in sizes F, MF, M, B and Z. The Z (Zoom) nib has a spherical tip, making it suitable for left-handed overwriters (when writing, they “push” the fountain pen, whereas left-handed underwriters and right-handed writers “pull” it). Note that the line of the Zoom fountain pen is thick.
