The expert’s opinion: in the N-E 2.0, I find the high standards of Maiora (created, let’s not forget, by Delta co-founder Nino Marino): quality materials, attention to detail, a quest for harmony to design a model that is beautiful, pleasant to the touch, natural to hold and that you are proud to own. The central ring may seem discreet, but it is highly refined and takes its place. The cabochon is simply splendid. The Jowo nib keeps its promises as usual. Maiora has revived the Nettuno 1911 brand by recreating the finest models from the past, some of which are over 100 years old. The N-E 2.0 takes its name from “Nineteen Eleven” (1911), the date on which Italy’s oldest fountain pen brand was founded.
The Anemone is entirely handmade from a solid bar. True to its expertise, the brand has chosen a luminous orange resin with black and green ripples. It’s an iridescent orange that the light will play with, which makes this fountain pen so sublime.
Its gold-plated brass trims include fine rings and a stylised clip. The central ring features a superb gold-plated architectural motif with a brushed finish. The top of the cap features a finial engraved with the brand and model names as well as the serial number.
Nettuno 1911 has equipped its model with a two-tone nib in gold- and brushed palladium-plated stainless steel. Made by Jowo in size 6, it is beautifully engraved. The brand offers it in the following sizes: EF, F, M, B, Stub 1.1 as well as flexible, EF and F versions.

L’Italie dans un stylo.
Résine magnifique. Très bel instrument d’écriture aux ajustements parfaits. L’alliance des couleurs jouent avec les reflets de la lumière. C’est un lever de soleil doré, un fond marin clair et sablonneux aux plantes marines chatoyantes, un subtil mélange harmonieux.
La plume est douce, glisse avec harmonie, le débit est généreux. Selon le papier attention à l’encre employée.
Le stylo est léger, si vous préférez le poids sur l’arrière, privilégiez le convertisseur à la cartouche.
Après le Delta write balance, mon deuxième achat coup de cœur de bonne qualité et abordable.
