Wè Smorfia Palladium Fountain pen by Delta
Delta has created a lucky fountain pen… Above the clip is a small red sphere. All you have to do is unscrew it to reveal a small horn made partly of coral, a symbol of Italian and Neapolitan superstition. The name ‘Wè’ comes from ‘What else’: a fountain pen, what else? :)
The brand manufactures its model entirely by hand from solid black and red resin rods. Its trims are in palladium-plated brass: fine rings and a roller clip. The superb central ring at the bottom of the cap is in palladium-plated solid 925 sterling silver. The design featuring a high-relief engraving inspired by the ancient design of Pompeii is obtained by lost-wax casting, an ancient goldsmithing technique, and is hand-finished and polished.

Delta has fitted its Wè Smorfia with a beautifully engraved 14-carat gold nib by manufacturer Jowo. It offers it in sizes: EF, F, M, B, Stub 1.1 as well as in its flexible version in sizes EF and F.
