The ingenious mechanism of the Justus makes it an unusual and above all unique model. The owner of this pen has the opportunity to adjust the nib to be either soft or firm, depending on what he or she wants.
At the base of the grip, the fountain pen is in fact equipped with a rotating ring that allows a small blade to be moved forward or backward, making the nib either rigid (setting the ring to Hard) or flexible (setting the ring to Soft). The more this small blade moves forward on the nib, the stiffer it becomes. This unique mechanism also offers the possibility to vary the line thickness slightly (by about one size) and to try your hand at calligraphy.
Made of resin, its black dress is decorated with stylized ribs of an extraordinary finesse. Decorated with fine rhodium plated rings on the grip, top of the pen and cap, the Justus proudly displays its name on the central ring. The rhodium gold plated clip has a simple and delicate silhouette.
Both the Justus nib and the small blade above it are made of 14-carat gold, rhodium plated. The nib is available in two sizes: F and M.
The Justus is supplied with a converter and a cartridge. An elegant case will allow you to store it once used.
