Maiora has revived the Nettuno 1911 brand by recreating the finest models from the past, some of which are over 100 years old. The N-E 2.0 takes its name from “Nineteen Eleven” (1911), the date on which Italy’s oldest fountain pen brand was founded.

The Pelagos Matte is entirely handmade from a solid bar. Nettuno 1911 has chosen a matt black resin, enhanced by gold trims. These include fine rings and a stylised clip. The central ring features a superb gold-plated architectural motif with a brushed finish. The top of the cap features a finial engraved with the brand and model names as well as the serial number.

Its nib:

Nettuno 1911 has equipped its model with a two-tone nib in gold- and brushed palladium-plated stainless steel. Made by Jowo in size 6, it is beautifully engraved. The brand offers it in the following sizes: EF, F, M, B, Stub 1.1 as well as flexible, EF and F versions.
