The Souverän M600 Georg Tippel is the third fountain pen in the Art Collection series, following the tribute to Glauco Cambon and Rudi Rother.

This edition draws inspiration from the ‘Grundfarben’ poster (1899) created by Tippel for Pelikan’s very first poster competition. At the intersection of art and the early days of modern communication, this design embodies a visual language of great purity, which continues to define the brand’s aesthetic identity.

Unparalleled craftsmanship :

The body of the model has been created using the “Aurora” technique: on a treated, engraved and guilloché brass tube, fine grooves are obtained that produce a holographic effect. Ten layers of transparent lacquer are then applied to give the instrument a smooth, flat surface. After polishing, the coloured pattern is printed. The extreme brilliance of the body is achieved by deep polishing.

The top of the body, the cap and the section, all in brown, are made from resin with self-polishing properties. Pelikan has equipped its Souverän M600 with its famous integrated piston filling system. Each model is designed entirely by hand, making it unique.

The model is adorned with gold-plated trims: two thin rings at the top of the body announcing the piston button, a superb central ring engraved with the brand name and the name Souverän . Not forgetting the famous clip in the shape of a pelican’s beak and the magnificent cabochon at the top of the cap displaying the Pelikan logo.

The nib:

The two-tone nib, finely engraved and adorned with the brand’s logo, is made of 14-carat gold. Pelikan offers it in EF, F, M and B line thicknesses.
