Estie Kachofugetsu Flower Fountain pen by Esterbrook – limited edition

Esterbrook has teamed up with the renowned Japanese artist Kaoru from Bungubox to create a truly beautiful Estie. The Estie Kachofugetsu Flower marks the launch of the Kachofugetsu series. This model draws inspiration from the Japanese expression ‘Flower, Bird, Wind, Moon’, rich in symbolism and poetry. Here, the designers pay homage to the Someiyoshino cherry tree in full bloom, a delicate emblem deeply rooted in Japanese culture.

The semi-translucent acrylic body is decorated with motifs reminiscent of cherry blossoms. It subtly catches the light and highlights the material. The gold-plated trims elegantly emphasise the Estie’s classic lines.

Esterbrook extends this refined aesthetic to the technical elements: the converter is also adorned with floral motifs.

Its nib:

Esterbrook has fitted its Estie with a No. 6 gold-plated stainless steel nib, manufactured by Jowo. A superb engraving of the “flower” ideogram beautifully enhances the nib. The brand offers it in sizes EF, F, M and B.
